MISSION STATEMENT:
Provide excellent, honest, personable service at a fair and reasonable price.
Homeline Appliance Service opened for business in 1992. After providing in-home service for several years, we expanded our business when we acquired Wayne Appliance on Grand River in Redford Township. Beginning in 1997 we have sold parts and refurbished appliances, provided in-shop repairs as well as in-home repairs. Now the time has come to streamline the business back to the original concept of providing only in-home service. We will be focusing all of our efforts on providing the best in-home service you can possible receive.
Professionally we believe in service like it used to be “back in the day”. A smiling face on the phone (trust me, you can tell) and a smiling face at your door. A professionally lettered work truck, a neatly uniformed technician equipped with all the right tools and years of knowledge. A technician that takes pride in his work and it shows in his dedication. These are just a few of the factors that we believe are a must for providing great service.
Our staff is professionally trained by Whirlpool and Maytag and we are constantly attending training sessions from other manufacturers to keep updated with the continuously changing technologies.
Personally we have lived, worked and played in Redford Township for over 20 years. We are long standing members of the Redford Chamber of Commerce. In addition to being very active within the business community, we are also very active in the township volunteering a local festival and events. We also support the arts program, local children’s issues, Veteran's Park and the Redford Township Police Explorers program.
